Blue Haven South

About us

Located in Manhattan’s Financial District, Blue Haven South (est. 2023) is the third instillation of Blue Havens in the city — the original, Blue Haven West (est. 2010), located in Greenwich Village; and the second, Blue Haven East (est. 2018), located in Murray Hill. More sisters than triplets, the three bars are as similar and different as their respective neighborhoods, with each offering a totally unique experience.

Boasting 44 TVs, Blue Haven South is the largest of the three bars. Want to watch a game? Look no further. Want to watch multiple games at once? Say no more. Golden Tee? We’ve got two of ‘em. Need to host a private event? We’ve got a room for that. Don’t care about sports, but want to eat a plate of nachos the size of your head while casually sipping on an ice cold beverage of your choice? WE HAVE GOT YOU COVERED.

As a whole, Blue Haven blurs the line between upscale NYC sports bar and craft brewpub, offering modern gastropub fare and a stellar selection of draught and bottled craft beers. While Blue Haven is widely known as the place that is “the closest thing to being at a live sporting event without actually being at a live sporting event,” the main thing we pride ourselves on is being a local neighborhood spot that has a tendency to feel “more like an extension of one’s living room” than just another random bar. We know as well as anyone that there are a million different bars to choose from in New York City and we consider it a privilege and an honor when you choose to come to ours.
